Storyteller who specialises in learning design using business psychology.
Brayley Pearce's Bio:
I visually design, write and storyboard eLearning & mLearning (mobile learning) solutions that resonate with learners. I look to connect emotionally with the learner by focusing on the learners’ reality, creating solutions that are often scenario based.
I'm fascinated with how business decisions affect the psychology of its workers. I enjoy discovering what drives an organisation and how eLearning & mLearning can support them to deliver their business objectives.
I'm especially interested in mLearning and believe micro-learning experiences delivered via mLearning are the future in helping organisations deliver the ‘moments-that-matter’ to their audience.
I love coffee and am happy to chat about anything eLearning & mLearning based (preferably over coffee).

When did you last learnt something new? My guess is you probably used your computer (eLearning), tablet or mobile (mLearning) to research it. Maybe you were on a train, at your desk or on in a restaurant and knew a little, or nothing, about it. These are the challenges I consider when creating eLearning & mLearning solutions. A few things I do really well: • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and L&D experts to discover the content that matters to their learner • Find ways to make static training materials into living, engaging and effective eLearning & mLearning solutions (that’s the storytelling bit) • Create content maps, storyboards and design specifications • Intuitively and conceptually understand the different ways people learn • Connect with the learner emotionally – asking ‘How should the leaner feel? ’ • Think as the learner whilst I create • Ask ‘what if…?’ whilst brainstorming to explore and find innovative learning solutions • Take existing content and structure it to create interactions that give the leaner something ‘to do
